Melt chocolates in a glass or metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Remove from heat. Stir in oil and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Add nuts and coconut and stir to combine. Add marshmallows and turkish delight and stir to combine.
Spoon mixture over base of prepared pan, flattening slightly. Refrigerate until set. Cut rocky road into bite-size pieces. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Obviously this isnt only for Christmas! There is always an excuse to 'whip up' a batch of Rocky Road.Store rocky road in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
