As we head into the festive and summer seasons these quick and easy recipes for drinks will be a wonderful addition to your table. One recipe is non-alcoholic with a tip to make it alcoholic if you prefer. They are both refreshing, vibrant and delicious.

Tropical fruit spritzer & Summer peach punch
Ingredients
Tropical fruit spritzer
- 340g can passionfruit pulp
- 500 mls chilled orange juice
- 500 mls chilled pineapple juice
- 750 mls chilled mineral water
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
- extra mint leaves, to serve
Summer peach punch
- 1.5 litres chilled white wine
- 1/3 cup peach schnapps
- 2 tbs orange flavoured liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups chilled tropical juice
- 4 small fresh peaches sliced thickly
Instructions
Tropical spritzer
- Combine passionfruit, orange juice, pineapple juice, mineral water and chopped mint in a large jug. Pour into 8 serving glasses. Serve with ice.
Summer peach punch
- Combine wine, schnapps, liqueur and juice in a large bowl. Stir in fruit. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with ice.
Notes
TROPICAL SPRITZER: For an alcoholic version, use sparkling white wine instead of the mineral water.
PEACH PUNCH: When peaches aren’t in season, add thin slices of mandarin or orange.
