I am a Sydney-based foodie with a passion for all things cooking and baking.

My background is as a chef, but for the last 15 years I have worked in food media. I write and edit recipes for food magazines, cookbooks, websites and food producers.

Generally I am unable to promote what I am cooking on a day-to-day basis as I write recipes several months in-advance for most publications (and concepts and ideas are confidential until published).
So here, on this blog, I am trying to do something for myself. Something I have wanted to do for several years. The recipes that appear here are recipes that I have made specially for the blog or my published recipes already available via magazines or websites. I hope you enjoy the recipes!
