Combine passionfruit, orange juice, pineapple juice, mineral water and chopped mint in a large jug. Pour into 8 serving glasses. Serve with ice.
Summer peach punch
Combine wine, schnapps, liqueur and juice in a large bowl. Stir in fruit. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with ice.

TROPICAL SPRITZER: For an alcoholic version, use sparkling white wine instead of the mineral water.PEACH PUNCH: When peaches aren’t in season, add thin slices of mandarin or orange.
